I "cased" this card, but unfortunately I can't remember who made it! Of course I "tweaked" it a bit to make it my own : )

When I die cut that frame above in Silver Foil, I used the inside portion to make this card. Also, I used a couple different patterns of designer paper for the layers. The card base is THICK white, and the oval die was cut from Petal Pink card stock. I used the flower image again from Desert Details and finished this creation off with a bow (White Glittered Organdy Ribbon).
